Through a multi-channel paid approach, my goal was to position 3M as the place where people come to have careers that allow them to innovate, grow and make an impact on people’s lives around the world.
Overview
I led the strategic go-to-market Employment Brand campaign to extend reach and awareness of 3M as a great place to work by targeting social-first videos to core audience and leveraging Refinery29 as a publisher partner.
Results
Leveraging the well-known and well-respected platforms where we know our target audiences are consuming content we partnered with Refinery29. I coordinated the custom content execution to ensure brand guidelines while still staying authentic to the 3M brand.
Through an ecosystem of custom content assets across Refinery29’s site and their social channels, 3M garnered 11.7MM+ impressions
